Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the return period
  • Products without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
